This signup is intended solely for me to gauge the level of interest and to find out which days are best for everyone. When the schedule is firm, I will send everyone an announcement complete with a schedule and signup details.

I would like to have most of the sessions in May, and maybe two, in the first two weeks of June. Generally, we'll aim for sessions immediately following the regular Saturday scheduled run and either a Tuesday or Thursday evening at 7pm. The exact schedule will be determined based on the preferences by you and the other folks who sign up. I will send everyone listed in this registry an email when the schedule is firm.

Though not required, it is best to attend the "Running Economy and vVO2max" seminar as a prerequisite to the "Workouts" seminar.
